Before using any cleaning products, it’s best to test a little spot to make sure it won’t damage your swimsuit fabric. To do this, apply some of dish soap and hydrogen peroxide mixture (below) on an inside seam of your bikini and let sit for a few minutes. Wash off with cold water and dry with a paper towel. If no discoloration or other damage occurs, you can continue with the following steps.
Mix together a few drops of dish soap and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide in a bowl until they are blended. This will create a cleaning solution that is perfect for removing glue stains.
Take the stiff brush (like a toothbrush) and dip it into the solution. Use the brush to scrub the glue stain in a circular motion, applying pressure as needed. Let the solution sit on the stain for a few minutes.
Once the glue stain has been removed, rinse the bikini in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Hang up your bikini in a shaded area to air dry.
