Step 1: Scrape Away Excess Glue

Using either a dull knife or a paint scraper, carefully scrape away any excess glue from the baking dish. Do not use any sharp objects, as they could scratch or damage the surface of the dish. Additionally, do not press too hard when scraping as this could also cause damage.

Step 2: Apply a Cleaning Solution

Create a cleaning solution using a few drops of liquid dish detergent and two cups of warm water. Mix the ingredients together until they form a soapy solution. Use a soft cloth to dip into the solution and then apply it to the glue-stained area. Allow the solution to sit for at least five minutes before scrubbing it off with a sponge.

Step 3: Rub Baking Soda on the Stain

Sprinkle some baking soda onto the stained area and then use a damp cloth to rub baking soda into the stain. Be sure to rub the baking soda in a circular motion and gently press down to ensure it is thoroughly worked into the stain.

Step 4: Rinse and Dry the Dish

Rinse the baking dish with warm water to remove baking soda and any remaining glue residue. If necessary, use a soft cloth to gently wipe away any remaining residue. Let the dish dry completely before using it again.
