What You'll Need

  • Clean cloths
  • Liquid laundry detergent
  • Mild dish soap
  • White vinegar
  • White toothpaste

Steps to Remove Stains

Begin by dipping a clean cloth in some liquid laundry detergent and lightly dab the stain with the wet cloth. If stain doesn't come off, you can try using mild dish soap. Again, use a clean cloth and gently rub the soap into the stain and rinse it off with water.

Another option is to mix white vinegar with warm water in equal parts and pour the solution onto the stained area. Gently dab the stain with a clean cloth and allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes before rinsing. You should see a noticeable difference in stain.

If all else fails, white toothpaste is another great way to tackle tough stains. Apply a sprinkle of toothpaste directly onto to the stain and rub it in with a damp cloth. Leave the toothpaste to settle for about 10 minutes and rinse it off with water. Voila! The stain should be noticeably lighter.

Additional Tips

  • Always test any cleaning solution on a small section of the wrap dress first to ensure it won't damage the fabric.
  • It's best to work on the stain as soon as possible for best results.
  • Avoid using hot water as this can set the stain.
  • If the stain does not come out right away, be patient and try the steps again. It may take a few tries before the stain is completely removed.
