First thing’s first, gather your supplies. You’ll need a few items to get the job done properly without damaging the fabric. Grab some dish soap, white vinegar, a soft cloth, and a small brush (toothbrushes work great!).
Before you begin applying the cleaning solutions, make sure to test them out on an inconspicuous spot on the uniform. That means an area that won’t be visible when you’re wearing the uniform. This will ensure that the cleaning solution won’t damage fabric.
Take the cloth and lightly dab it into the cleaning solution of your choice. Begin gently scrubbing stained area, repeating until the stain begins to lift. Don’t be tempted to scrub too hard – you don’t want to damage the fabric.
Once the stain has begun to lift, rinse area with cold water. This should remove the remaining residue of the cleaning solution and help to loosen remaining stain.
If the stain isn’t completely gone, repeat the process until it is. If the stain still persists, try a different cleaning solution to see if that works better.
Once all the stains are gone, let the uniform air dry. Make sure not to rub it dry with a towel or put it in the dryer – this could cause the stain to reappear.
Never do laundry again. Save time for things you ❤️
