If you notice a fresh stain, it's best to start with water. Blot the stain with a white, absorbent cloth and cold water. Do not rub the stain, as this could spread it further. If the stain persists, follow up with baby shampoo or a gentle detergent.
If the foundation has soaked in and dried, a bit of pre-treating may be necessary. Make a paste out of water and powdered laundry detergent, and spread it over stain. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes before washing the garment. For an extra kick, you can also try white vinegar mixed with warm water, dabbed onto the mark. This will help break down the molecules of the foundation.
