An Unbelievably Easy Way to Quickly Clean Foundation Stains from Cotton Seersucker
No one likes sight of stained clothing, and it’s even more frustrating when trying to get foundation stains out of your favorite cotton seersucker garments. But, with a few household items, you can quickly and easily remove the unsightly stains.

When you discover foundation stains on cotton seersucker, you don’t have to panic. All you need to do is combine 1/4 cup of mild liquid laundry detergent, 2 tsp of white vinegar, and 2 cups of warm water in a bowl or bucket. Mix until everything is properly incorporated.
To begin the cleaning process, put your garment in the bowl and let it soak for 20 minutes. Once finished, gently rub the stained area to loosen the foundation from the fabric. Then, rinse garment with clean water, and lay it flat to dry.
If you notice any residual stains still visible on the fabric, repeat soaking process with 1 part ammonia to 4 parts warm water. Soak your garment for 10 minutes, rub gently, rinse with clean water, and lay flat to dry.
This simple method should help you remove stubborn foundation stains from your cotton seersucker garments without adding extra stress to your laundry day.
