Remove foundation stains from American Eagle clothing by following following steps:
- Start by laying the clothing out flat on a sturdy surface.
- Generously sprinkle baking soda over the foundation stain.
- Pour 1 teaspoonful of liquid dishwashing detergent onto the stained area.
- Mix the detergent and baking soda together to form a paste.
- Apply the paste onto the foundation stained fabric.
- Allow the paste to sit for 30 minutes.
- Brush off paste using a soft brush or cloth.
- Rinse the remaining paste off using cold running water.
- If the foundation stain remains, apply a few drops of white vinegar to the affected area.
- Allow the vinegar to sit for 5 minutes before rinsing off with cold running water.
- Repeat these steps as necessary until the foundation stain is removed from the American Eagle clothing.
After following these steps your American Eagle clothing should no longer have any foundation stains! To make sure the fabric remains in great condition, we recommend washing it separately in cold water after the process has been completed.
