  • White vinegar
  • Dishwashing liquid
  • A clean white cloth
  • A vacuum with a soft bristle brush attachment

Removing Feces Stains from Wool

Follow these steps to remove a feces stain from wool:

  1. Blot stain with a clean white cloth until there is no more liquid.
  2. Mix together one part white vinegar and two parts water. Dip the cloth in the solution and dab the stained area.
  3. Dab the area with a clean cloth that has been soaked in cold water. This will help to rinse away the vinegar solution.
  4. Dab a small amount of dishwashing liquid onto the stain. Gently rub the liquid into stain with your fingertips.
  5. Rinse the area with cold water and a clean cloth until all the soap is gone.
  6. Use a vacuum with a soft bristle brush attachment to remove any remaining particles from the wool.
