Step 1: Rinse the Stain with Water

Begin by rinsing the stained area immediately under running warm water for about two minutes. This will help loosen the stain, making it easier to clean later.

Step 2: Apply a Stain Remover

Once you’ve rinsed fabric, apply a mild laundry detergent or a specialty cleaner designed for silk fabrics. Gently rub the stained area with your fingers, using circular motions to remove the stain from the fabric.

Step 3:Rub with a Sponge

If the stain persists, moisten a soft cloth or a sponge with warm water and gently rub the stained area. If necessary, add a small quantity of detergent to cloth or sponge and rub the area again until the stain begins to vanish.

Step 4: Rinse

Rinse the stained area again with warm water and let it air dry or gently dab the area with a towel.

Step 5: Repeat the Process

If the stain persists, repeat the process until all of the stain is removed from fabric.
