- Soak a rag in a solution made of 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, a few drops of dishwashing liquid and 1 quart of cold water.
- Gently blot the stained area using the soaked rag.

- If the stain persists, make a paste using 3 parts baking soda and one part water.
- Apply the paste on the stain and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse the paste off with cold water.
- Soak the area in a solution of 1/2 cup of vinegar and 1 gallon of cold water for 30 minutes.
- Wash the silk crepe de chine separately in cold water.
- Allow garment to air dry.
