Before you start trying to wash the stain away, you should pre-treat it with a laundry detergent that contains enzymes. Apply the detergent directly onto the feces stain and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. This will help break down the stain, making it easier to remove once you put it through washing machine.
When the pre-treatment has finished, rinse off any excess debris that may still be on the fabric. Use cold water to avoid setting the stain. For tougher stains, you may need to use a scrub brush to help loosen the stain.
Put the fabric in the washing machine on the gentle cycle. Use cold water for this step as well to avoid setting the stain. Make sure to add a laundry detergent that contains enzymes to machine. Once the cycle is complete, check fabric to make sure the stain is gone.
Once the cycle is finished, dry the fabric in dryer. Check the fabric periodically to make sure the stain is completely gone. If stain is still visible, repeat the pre-treatment and washing process.
