Using a cotton ball, apply some rubbing alcohol gently onto the stained area of your shirt. This will help to break down the proteins in the stain, making it easier to clean.
Carefully rinse collar of your shirt with warm water to remove any excess residue from the alcohol treatment.
Generously lather a mild liquid detergent onto the stained area of the shirt, being sure to cover every part of stain.
Fill a sink or bucket with hot water, and submerge the shirt into it. Soak the shirt for at least 30 minutes, agitating it occasionally to ensure the detergent is fully saturating the stain.
After the soaking period, rinse shirt off with warm water and examine stain. Repeat steps 1 - 4 and re-soak the shirt if necessary.
Finally, wash and dry shirt as you would normally. The stain should be gone after this process!
