Start by gathering the supplies you’ll need to clean your canvas. Most importantly, get some gloves to protect your hands from the feces. You will also need some paper towels, a white cloth, detergent, a bucket of warm water, and white vinegar.
The first step is to remove as much of fecal matter as possible. Gently scoop up the material with paper towels. Don't rub or press down on the area, as this may spread the stain. Once you have removed as much of the feces as possible, you should move on to the next step.
Mix together a bucket of warm water, detergent, and white vinegar. Dip the white cloth in the solution and blot the stain. Be sure to only dab area - avoid wiping or scrubbing, as this may spread the stain. Continue blotting until area is clean.
Once you have removed the stain, allow the canvas to dry before using it again.
To prevent future stains, be sure to cover the area with plastic before using it. This will help protect against any further accidents.
