Before applying any cleaning product, you will need to remove as much of the waste as possible. Use a dry cloth or paper towel to carefully dab away fecal matter without smearing it. As an extra precaution, you may also want to wear gloves to avoid contamination.
Once most of the waste has been removed, use an appropriate cleaner to tackle the stain. For example, a diluted solution of white vinegar and water is usually effective. Alternatively, an enzyme-based cleaner or detergent may work. When using these solutions, make sure to read the instructions and safety guidelines first.
When you have finished applying the cleaner, use lukewarm water to rinse the belt. This step should effectively remove any remaining residue. If necessary, you may repeat steps two and three if the stain appears particularly stubborn.
The final step is to dry your belt thoroughly. We recommend hanging belt up so that air can circulate around it. You may also want to use a hairdryer on a low setting to speed up the process.
Cleaning feces stains from belts doesn't have to be a hassle. By following the steps outlined here, you should be able to remove the stains quickly and efficiently. Good luck!
