Step One: Gather Your Supplies

Before tackling Versace eye shadow stains, make sure you have the following supplies on hand:

  • Cold water
  • Tide to Go Pen, or a similar stain remover product
  • Laundry detergent
  • Clean cloths
  • Vinegar (optional)
  • Baking soda (optional)

Step Two: Blot the Area

As soon as you notice the Versace eye shadow stain, act quickly to minimize damage. Start by blotting the area with a clean cloth to soak up as much of product as possible. Avoid scrubbing, which may spread the stain further.

Step Three: Treat the Stain

Now it’s time to treat the remaining stain. Apply a stain remover product like Tide to Go Pen, or mix equal parts cold water and laundry detergent. Rub the solution gently into the stain with a clean cloth, then rinse the area in cold water. If there is still a trace of the stain, try soaking the area for 30 minutes in a mixture of cold water and one teaspoon of vinegar, or one teaspoon of baking soda. Afterward, rinse the area with cold water and set the item aside to air dry.
