What You'll Need
- A microfiber cloth
- Rubbing alcohol or white vinegar
- Dishwashing liquid
- Laundry detergent
Step-by-step instructions
- First, use a microfiber cloth to blot off any excess eyeshadow. Try to absorb as much of stain as possible.
- Then, mix 2 tablespoons of rubbing alcohol or white vinegar with 1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid and 1 cup of warm water. Stir the mixture gently.
- Dip the microfiber cloth in the solution and use it to gently scrub at stain. Be sure to keep the fabric damp to prevent it from drying.
- After scrubbing, rinse the area with cool water and then apply a spot of laundry detergent and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Finally, rinse off the detergent and allow the skirt to air dry. Repeat process if necessary.
Tips & tricks
- Be sure to test the cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first, such as the inside hem of the skirt.
