What You'll Need
- Washing machine
- A few tablespoons of white vinegar
- Liquid laundry detergent
- Oxygenated bleach
- Oxygenated detergent
- Stain remover
Instructions
- Check the sarong's care label to determine what type of fabric it is made of and how to best care for it.
- If stain is still moist, try to remove as much of the eye shadow with a damp cloth or paper towel.
- Soak the garment in lukewarm water with a few tablespoons of white vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
- If stain is still there, use a liquid laundry detergent and gently rub it into the stain with a soft brush.
- Rinse the garment in cool water and repeat the process if necessary.
- If the stain is still there after patting garment dry, try an oxygenated bleach or oxygenated detergent.
- Let garment soak for at least 15 minutes before rinsing the garment in cool water.
