Next, mix a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent. Apply the mixture to the stained area, let sit for a few minutes, and then dab area gently with a damp cloth to lift the stain. For tougher stains, try soaking parka in the water-detergent mixture for 30 minutes before dabbing.
Follow up your cleaning efforts by rinsing the area with cold, clear water and allow the parka to air dry. After the parka is dry, check to ensure that the stain is completely removed. Repeat the steps as needed.
