Using a dull butter knife or similar object, try scraping off the excess eye shadow from the Oxford fabric. Be careful not to damage the material. If it doesn't come off, go to the next step.
Pour some rubbing alcohol onto a clean cloth and gently rub at the stain, being mindful not to spread it. Once you've rubbed the area, let it dry before going to the next step.
Mix together some liquid detergent and lukewarm water in a cup. Take a clean sponge and soak it in solution before lightly dabbing it on the stain. Rinse off the detergent with a damp cloth and let the area dry.
If the stain still remains after the detergent solution, try soaking fabric in a solution of one-part ammonia and four-parts lukewarm water. Soak for approximately 10 minutes before lightly scrubbing at the stain with a brush. Rinse off the fabric with a damp cloth and leave it to dry.
If the stain still doesn't come off, you can try using a commercial stain remover designed for use on Oxford fabrics. Read the instructions carefully and follow them accordingly to remove the stain.
