Step 1: Sprinkle Some Baking Soda onto the Stain

Sprinkle a little baking soda onto stained area and let it sit for at least 10 minutes. This will help absorb any excess oil or moisture from the eye shadow - which helps the stain come out more easily.

Step 2: Rub Off the Baking Soda

Once the baking soda has had time to do its job, take an old toothbrush and rub the fabric in circular motions. This will help remove any excess dirt or product that may be stuck on the fabric.

Step 3: Soak the Jeans

Put your jeans into a bowl filled with warm water and a teaspoon of detergent. Let the jeans soak for at least 30 minutes to allow the detergent time to work its magic. Make sure to check the care label on your jeans first to make sure they don’t require any special washing instructions.

Step 4: Wash in the Machine

After letting jeans soak, put them into the washing machine and wash as normal. When the washing is done, take the jeans out and double-check to make sure the eye shadow stain is gone. Repeat steps 1-4 if necessary.

Step 5: Dry Fabric

When the washing is finished, hang the jeans up on a clothesline to dry. Make sure not to dry the jeans in direct sunlight, as this could fade the fabric.
