Easily Clean Eye Shadow Stains on Any Jersey with These Super-Simple Tips
No one wants to have an eye shadow stain marring the look of their favorite jersey. The good news is, it doesn't have to stay that way! With just a few simple steps, you can easily clean up your jersey and restore it to looking as good as new.

Start by blotting the stained area with a clean, damp cloth. Try to get rid of any excess makeup without smearing it further. Avoid using a paper towel, as this may cause the makeup to spread.
If the stain persists, mix 1 teaspoon of liquid detergent and 1 tablespoon of rubbing alcohol together in a small bowl. Dip a soft-bristled toothbrush into the mixture and gently scrub the stained area. Blot the area with a clean, damp cloth to remove any excess soap.
For tougher stains, create a paste with laundry detergent and a few drops of white vinegar. Spread the paste over stained area and let sit for 30 minutes. Once the paste has had a chance to set, scrub area with a soft-bristled toothbrush, then rinse off with cool water.
If any stain remains, make a solution of hydrogen peroxide and warm water and dab it onto the fabric with a clean cloth. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then blot with a clean rag to remove any excess hydrogen peroxide.
Once the stain has been removed, rinse the area with cool water. Make sure to rinse out any remaining detergent or moisture from the area. When finished, hang to dry or pop in the dryer on low heat.
And voila! You've successfully removed those pesky eye shadow stains from your jersey. Now it's ready to fit back into your wardrobe.
