Eliminate Eye Shadow Stains from Flannel Quickly and Easily

Eye shadow can leave vibrant stains on flannel, which can be a nuisance to remove. However, with the right technique, you can get rid of them quickly and with little effort. To get your flannel back to its original pristine condition, use the following methods.

Method 1 - Rubbing Alcohol

1. In a bowl, mix together two tablespoons of rubbing alcohol with one tablespoon of cold water.
2. Using an old rag, blot mixture onto the stained area in a circular motion.
3. Be sure to reapply the mixture every few minutes.
4. After a few minutes, rinse area with cold water and let air dry.

Method 2 - Salt and Detergent

1. Mix a small amount of detergent with ½ a teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
2. Dab the mixture onto the stain in a circular motion, and then let it sit for 10 minutes.
3. Rinse the area with cold water and let air dry.

Method 3 - Baking Soda and Detergent

1. Mix together one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of detergent in a bowl.
2. Once the mixture is combined, rub it onto the stained area in a circular motion.
3. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes.
4. Rinse the area with cold water and let air dry.
