What You Need
- Dishwashing soap
- White vinegar
- Borax
- Laundry detergent
- Small bowl or container
- Old toothbrush
- Warm water
- Clean cloth
Cleaning Procedure
- Make a solution of warm water and dishwashing soap in a bowl.
- Dip an old toothbrush into the mixture and scrub the stain lightly. Do not rub too harshly otherwise you might end up spreading the stain.
- Rinse the stain with warm water and check if the stain has been removed. If the stain persists, proceed to next step.
- Mix together one tablespoon of white vinegar with two tablespoons of Borax and one teaspoon of laundry detergent.
- Apply the paste on the eye shadow stain and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Scrub the solution lightly with an old toothbrush.
- Rinse the area with warm water. Repeat steps twice if needed.
- Finally, blot the area with a clean cloth to absorb excess water.

- Use chlorine bleach with extreme caution as its improper usage can ruin the fabric.
- Do not rub too hard when cleaning stained area as it might spread the stain instead of removing it.
