Using a Stain Remover

If you want to get rid of diaper stain quickly and easily, the first step is to grab a good stain remover. Use a product that is safe for use on delicate fabrics such as stockings. Follow the instructions on the bottle carefully, making sure to read any safety warnings.

To apply the stain remover, start by wetting fabric in the area of the stain with a damp cloth. Then, apply the stain remover to the area and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing it off with a damp cloth. Be sure to rinse well to remove all traces of the cleaner.

Using Soap and Water

If there isn't a stain remover on hand, you can still get rid of the diaper stain with some soap and water. Start by wetting the stained area with a damp cloth. Then, mix a small amount of mild soap with some warm water and gently rub the mixture into the fabric. Let the mixture soak for 10 minutes before rinsing it off with a damp cloth.

Once the area has been rinsed thoroughly, you can let it air dry or pop it in the machine on a gentle cycle. When stockings have dried, you should find that the diaper stain has vanished!
