Start by soaking socks in a bucket or sink filled with cold water. This will help loosen diaper stain and make it easier to remove. Allow the socks to soak for at least 15 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
Once the socks have been soaked for long enough, it's time to treat the stain. Spray the area with a laundry stain remover or an antibacterial spray. Allow solution to soak in for 10 minutes before you start scrubbing.
Using a soft brush, scrub stained area with a mild detergent diluted in cold water. Rub gently in a circular motion until the stain starts to fade. Rinse off the soap with cold water and check to see if the stain has been removed.
If necessary, repeat steps above until the stain is completely gone. It may take several attempts to remove stubborn stains, so be patient and keep at it until the desired results are achieved.
Once the stain has been removed, it's time to wash and dry socks. Follow instructions on the care label and use a mild detergent to ensure that the fabric doesn't become damaged in the process. Hang the socks up to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
