Begin by pre-treating the stain with a laundry detergent specifically designed for tough stains. This type of detergent usually contains enzymes that work to break down organic stains like those from diapers. Make sure the detergent is safe for use on satin fabric.
After pre-treating the fabric, soak it in a sink filled with warm water and a cup of white vinegar. The vinegar will help loosen and dissolve the stain as well as any remaining residue from the detergent.
Once the fabric has had a chance to soak, rinse it in cool, clean water until all traces of the detergent and vinegar have been removed. Use a soft cloth to help remove any stubborn stains.
Once the fabric has been fully rinsed, allow it to dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not put fabric in the dryer as this can cause shrinkage and permanent damage.
Check the fabric for any remaining stains. If necessary, repeat the pre-treatment and soaking steps until the stain has been successfully removed.
