Before you get started, it's important to pre-treat your robe to help loosen any stains and make them easier to remove. To do this, prepare a mix of warm water and laundry detergent and use a clean cloth or soft toothbrush to rub the mixture into the stained areas. Allow the mixture to sit on stain for 10-15 minutes before moving on to the next step.
Next, fill a sink or bathtub with lukewarm water. Add a cup of laundry detergent to the water and soak robe for around 30 minutes. This will further help to break up the stain and help to remove it from the fabric.
Once the robe has been soaked, you can use a stain remover specifically designed for removing diaper stains. Sprinkle the product directly onto the stained area, then allow it to sit for 10 minutes. After this time, rub the stain using a clean cloth or soft-bristled brush in a circular motion.
Rinse the stained area thoroughly, then launder the robe according to the instructions on the label. Be sure to use cold water, since hot water can set stain and make it more difficult to remove. Do a final rinse and inspect the robe to ensure the stain is gone.
Finally, hang dry robe and inspect it once again to be sure that all traces of the diaper stain are gone. If necessary, repeat above steps until the stain is completely gone.
By following the steps outlined above, you can successfully remove diaper stains from your robes. Remember to take your time and to be patient - don't get discouraged if the stain doesn't come out on the first try. With a little elbow grease, you can make sure that your robes look as good as new!
