Diaper stains can be some of the most difficult and stubborn to get out of clothes. The ammonia, proteins and oils in the leaked urine can be particularly hard to remove from materials like leather and suede. However, Oxfords are made of a sturdy material, so there's still hope for them for being restored to their former glory.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. The first step is to scrape off any solid matter present on the shoes using a plastic knife or spoon.
  2. After that, you need to make a mixture of warm water and mild or non-alkaline detergent.
  3. Now take a soft cloth, dip it in the water-detergent solution and gently scrub the surface of the shoes.
  4. Then place the shoes in sun for up to an hour or so to let the cleaning solution dry up.
  5. Afterwards, use a soft brush to brush off any dirt or debris that may remain on surface of the shoes.
  6. Finally, you can apply a leather conditioner to restore the shine of the Oxfords.

These simple tips will help you get rid of the diaper stains from your Oxfords. However, if the stain persists, you may want to take shoes to a professional cleaner for more thorough treatment.
