Mix equal parts white vinegar and baking soda in a bowl to create a paste. Use a sponge dampened with lukewarm water to rub this mixture on the diaper stain. Rinse with clean water, and let the shoes air dry.
Dilute a teaspoon of dish soap with a cup of lukewarm water. Dip a soft cloth into the solution and gently rub it over the stained area. Allow shoes to dry thoroughly.
Pour a small amount of rubbing alcohol on diaper stain and spray it with a spray bottle. Use a damp cloth to rub the affected area and rinse with warm water. Let the shoes air dry.
Lightly dab hydrogen peroxide onto the diaper stain. Leave it on for a few minutes, then take a damp cloth and wipe away the peroxide. Air dry the shoes.

Dampen a baby wipe with clean water and use it to wipe away the diaper stain. Rinse shoes with warm water and let them air dry.
Apply gel cleanser to the diaper stain, then scrub it with a damp cloth. Rinse off the cleanser with warm water and let the shoes dry.
