After those 15 minutes, load the clothes into the washing machine. Make sure water setting is set to the hottest possible temperature allowed for clothing item. The hotter the water, the more effectively it will remove the diaper stain. Set the cycle to “normal” and wait until the cycle ends.

Cleaning Tips

If the stain remains visible on the clothing, repeat the steps until the stain disappears. It might take a few rounds of laundering with pre-treatment in order to fully remove the diaper stain. You might also want to consider using an enzyme-based laundry detergent, which is designed to remove toughest stains.
