Start by mixing a solution of one teaspoon of dish soap with one tablespoon of white vinegar and two tablespoons of warm water. Use a clean cloth to dab the stain with the solution, working from outside edge inwards. Do not rub or scrub the stain as this will damage the fabric.
Fill a basin with lukewarm water and mix in a tablespoon of laundry detergent. Place the stained area of the garment into basin and let it soak for 30 minutes. Swish it around occasionally.
After the stain has soaked, turn the garment inside out, run it through a cold wash cycle, and dry it on the lowest setting. Check the garment before drying to make sure the stain is gone.
If the stain persists after washing, it's time to break out the hydrogen peroxide. Dilute half a cup of hydrogen peroxide in one cup of warm water and put mixture into a spray bottle. Spray the stain lightly, then dab it with a clean cloth. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse the area with cold water. Use a clean towel to gently blot the area. Do not rub or scrub the fabric.
Depending on how difficult the stain is, you may need to repeat these steps several times until the stain is removed. After each cleaning, be sure to check the fabric for colorfastness and shrinkage before putting it in the washing machine.
Getting stubborn diaper stains out of your crepe fabric can be tricky, but with a few simple steps you should be able to get most—if not all—of them out. However, if the stain remains after numerous attempts, it's time to call in the professionals and have them handle the situation.
