Step 1: Blot Stain

To start, blot up as much of moisture from the diaper stain as you can. Use a cloth to do this, making sure to move outward from the center of the stain so that you don't spread it further.

Step 2: Pre-Treat

Next, pre-treat the stain with a stain remover or laundry detergent, making sure to rub it into the fabric gently. Once you've applied the pre-treatment, let it sit for 10-15 minutes before washing.

Step 3: Wash

Finally, wash your fabric as usual in cold water. You may want to add in a color-safe bleach if the stain is particularly stubborn. After the cycle ends, inspect the fabric for any remaining residue, and repeat previous steps if necessary.

With these easy steps, you can make sure that diaper stains don't linger on your cotton chambray fabric.
