You’ll need a few items to successfully remove the diaper stains from your aline dress:
In the bucket, mix together one cup of white vinegar, ½ cup of Borax powder, and ¼ cup of laundry detergent. Fill the bucket with warm water and stir until the ingredients are fully dissolved.
Place the aline dress in the bucket and let it soak for 30 minutes. This will help to break down any proteins and oils on the fabric that have caused the diaper stains.
Use soft-bristled brush to gently scrub stained area of the dress. Be sure to move the brush in circular motions to ensure that you are effectively agitating the area.
After stain has been scrubbed, let the garment soak for an additional 15 minutes before draining the bucket and rinsing the dress. Make sure to turn the fabric inside out when washing to remove any remaining dirt or residue.
Once the garment has been rinsed, it’s time to hang it up to air dry. It’s important not to put the aline dress in the dryer as this could cause the fabric to shrink or fade.
Your aline dress should now be free of pesky diaper stains! Give yourself a pat on the back and enjoy wearing your freshly cleaned garment.
