When you discover a diaper stain on your Adidas, don't wait. The sooner you treat the stain, the better chance you have of removing it.
The first step to treating a diaper stain on an Adidas garment is to remove any excess moisture with a clean, dry cloth or sponge. Blot up as much of wetness as possible. Do not rub, scrub or rub the area as this will only make the stain worse.
Start by pre-treating stained area with a commercial stain remover product specifically designed for fabrics. Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. If the fabric is machine washable, use a pre-wash spray that is intended for heavy-duty soils and stubborn stains.
Once stain has been pre-treated, launder the garment according to the care instructions included on label. If the diaper stain is still visible after laundering, repeat the process. Using hot water can help to further remove the stain.
Finally, dry the garment as usual. It is best to avoid using high heat when drying a garment as this can cause the stain to set permanently.
Removing diaper stains from your favourite Adidas garments is easy once you follow the steps outlined above. Always start by treating the stain immediately and follow up with pre-treatment, laundering and drying according to the care instructions labelled on the garment.
