- Mild detergent
- Hydrogen peroxide
Directions
- Start by blotting the stained area with a cloth rag to absorb as much of the wine as possible.
- Mix together one tablespoon of white vinegar with one tablespoon of mild detergent.
- Dab mixture onto the stained area and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Rinse the area well with cold water.
- If the stain persists, mix two tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide with half a teaspoon of mild detergent. Rub this mixture into stained area and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Re-rinse area with cold water and repeat until the stain is gone.
