Using a soft cloth, apply a small amount of plain white toothpaste to the stain on your glasses. Massage the paste into the area gently. Let the toothpaste sit on the stain for a few minutes.
Rinse the area well with warm water, making sure all the toothpaste is removed. Use a soft cloth to dry the glasses when finished.
Fill a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of mild detergent. Submerge stained area of the glasses and let it soak for 30 minutes. Gently scrub the area with a soft cloth while the lenses are still in the soapy water.
Rinse the glasses thoroughly with warm water to remove all the soap residue. Dry the glasses with a microfiber cloth.
