- If the stain is wet, blot it with a dry, clean cloth.
- Rinse with cold water until the water runs clean.
- Mix a small amount of detergent with cold water and dab onto stain.
- Blot the area with a clean, damp cloth.
- Rinse with warm water until the detergent is gone.
- Mix one part white vinegar with two parts warm water, and apply to stain.
- Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water until the vinegar is gone.
- Let the shirt air dry.
