What You Need
- ¾ cup baking soda
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- A spray bottle
- One quart of warm water
- A clean hand towel
Instructions
- Mix the baking soda and white vinegar in the spray bottle. Be sure to shake well.
- Spray the stained garter generously with the solution.
- Let the solution sit for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together one quart of warm water and a few drops of detergent.
- Soak the stained garter in the detergent solution for 30 minutes.
- After the 30 minutes, take the stain garter out and use the clean hand towel to gently rub away remaining residue.
- Rinse the garter with cold water and dry thoroughly.
