How to Easily Remove Dessert Wine Stains from Your Furniture

What You Need

  • Dish soap
  • White vinegar
  • Water
  • Soft cloth
  • Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Baking Soda

Instructions

As soon as you notice the stain, take care of it right away.

  1. Mix a solution of equal parts dish soap, white vinegar and water in a bowl.
  2. Soak a soft cloth in the solution and wring it out until it is damp but not wet.
  3. Rub the cloth over stained area in a circular motion.
  4. Rinse with a clean cloth and warm water.
  5. If the stain persists, mix a solution of 3% hydrogen peroxide and baking soda in a bowl.
  6. Spread solution over the stain and leave it until it turns into a paste.
  7. Wipe off the paste with a damp cloth.
  8. Finally, rinse the area with a clean cloth and warm water.
