Whether it’s a spilled glass of chardonnay or a few drops of grape juice, dessert wine stains can be tricky to remove. But by following these three steps, you can remove those Forever 21 stains with ease.
Step 1: Blot, Don't Rub
The first step is to blot the stained area with a clean cloth. Do not rub or push too hard – gentleness is key. In some cases, you may even need to use something like a cotton swab or cotton ball to reach smaller, harder-to-clean areas.
Step 2: Apply a Stain Remover
Now it’s time for some good old-fashioned elbow grease. Choose a non-abrasive stain remover, such as a white vinegar solution, and apply it directly to the stained area. Allow the stain remover to sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.
Step 3: Launder
When the stain remover has been properly rinsed off, place the garment in your washing machine with a mild detergent. Wash in cold water and air dry for best results.
By following these three simple steps, you can remove those pesky dessert wine stains from your Forever 21 garments!
