Instructions

  1. Mix together 1/4 cup of white vinegar and 1/2 cup of salt in a measuring cup. To make sure the mixture is completely dissolved, stir the ingredients together with a spoon.
  2. Fill a bucket halfway with warm water and add vinegar-salt mixture to the water.
  3. Soak the stained area of your fleece in the vinegar-salt mixture for about 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, rinse fleece under warm running water.
  5. If the stain is still present, apply a small amount of laundry detergent directly to the affected area and rub the fabric together to work in the detergent.
  6. Rinse fleece thoroughly and hang it up to dry outside on a clothesline or on a drying rack.
