What you Need
- Mild laundry detergent
- Clean cloths
- White vinegar
How to Proceed
- Blot up as much of the wine as you can with a clean cloth or paper towel. Do not rub or scrub at the stain as this may cause further damage to the fabric.
- Mix a solution of mild laundry detergent and lukewarm water. Be sure that the laundry detergent is free of bleaching agents and that the water is not too hot.
- Dampen a clean cloth with the solution and gently dab at the stain. Don't rub or scrub fabric as this may cause further damage. Continue to do this until the stain is gone.
- If the stain persists, try using a solution of white vinegar and lukewarm water. Again, dampen a clean cloth with the solution and dab at stain. Keep doing this until the stain is gone.
- Once the stain is gone, gently blot the area with a clean cloth to absorb excess liquid.
- Allow the fabric to air dry.
Additional Tips
- Test any cleaning solutions on a small, hidden area of the Fendi item first to ensure that it does not damage the fabric.
- Place a paper towel or several sheets of newspaper underneath the stain to prevent it from transferring to other parts of the fabric.
- Always use a gentle and mild cleaning solution.
