When a dessert wine stain lands on your blouse, it's important to tackle it as quickly as possible. This will stop the stain from setting in and becoming more difficult to remove. Quickly use a paper towel or a clean cloth to dab the area and absorb as much of the liquid as possible.
Submerge the stained area of your blouse in cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. You can use a washcloth to help rub the stain gently while the item is submerged. This will help break up stain particles.
Fill a bowl with warm (not hot) soapy water and submerge the stained area of your blouse. Use a shampoo or dish soap like Dawn and let the item sit for an additional 5-10 minutes. This will help to loosen the stain without damaging fabric of your blouse.
Once you have pre-treated the stained area, launder your blouse as usual in cold water. If the stain is still visible after laundering, repeat Steps 2-4 until the stain has been completely removed.
Never do laundry again. Save time for things you ❤️
