Combine baking soda with enough liquid laundry detergent to make a thick paste. The amount of detergent that you use depends on how much paste you need to cover the stained area.
Gently spread the paste over stained area. Allow it to sit for 10-20 minutes so that it has time to work its magic.
Once the paste has had time to settle, rinse it off with a damp cloth and cold water. You may need to scrub gently with the cloth in order to remove any remaining crayon residue.
If there is still some crayon residue left on the thong sandal after the first application, repeat steps 1-3 until the stain is completely removed.
Once you have removed all of the crayon residue, allow thong sandal to air dry before wearing.
