Preventive Measures to Take with Crayon Stains

  • Always use a non-acetone nail polish remover to remove crayon.
  • If crayon has already been applied to crepe fabric, use paper towels to blot as much of the wax away as possible.
  • Lay the stained area onto a sheet of newspaper before attempting to clean it. This will help absorb excess wax.
