What You Need
- Cold Water
- Rubbing Alcohol
- Cotton Balls
- White Vinegar
- Mild Liquid Detergent
Instructions
- Mix together equal parts cold water and rubbing alcohol.
- Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and dab the stain until the color has lightened.
- Once the color has lightened, rinse shorts with cold water.
- In a separate container, mix together one cup of white vinegar and one teaspoon of mild liquid detergent.
- Dip a rag into the solution, wring out any excess liquid, and dab the stain.
- Continue to dab until the stain is completely gone.
- Rinse the shorts with cold water once more.
- Allow the shorts to air dry before wearing.
Additional Tips
- If the crayon stain persists, repeat Steps 1-7 once more.
- If the stain still remains, try using a pre-wash stain remover for best results.
