There's nothing worse than seeing crayon stains on the walls and furniture. Especially when it's a hard to clean surface like acrylic. Depending on size or type of mark, you'll need to select best approach to make sure you don't ruin your acrylic surfaces when cleaning.
Mix equal parts rubbing alcohol and water in a spray bottle. Spray solution directly on the affected area and let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the alcohol to loosen wax. Wipe off residue with a soft cloth and then buff the area with a dry cloth. Repeat the process if needed.
If the rubbing alcohol doesn't do trick, try a bleach solution. Mix one part bleach and two parts water. Spray the solution onto the crayon stain and wait a few minutes before wiping it off with a soft cloth and warm water. Be mindful not to soak your acrylic surface in the solution.
Create a paste with white vinegar and baking soda and spread it over crayon mark. Let the paste sit for 10-15 minutes before wiping it away with a damp cloth. Again, use warm water to rinse the affected area.
With the right tools and supplies, you can easily remove pesky crayon marks from acrylic surfaces. You should now have the know-how to easily erase crayon stains without stressing out!
