- Lay piece of Venetian lace flat on a large towel.
- Mix one tablespoon of detergent specifically designed for washing wool with two cups of warm water.
- Using a soft cloth, apply the solution of detergent and water to the stained area.
- Gently rub the solution into the stain until it has been completely saturated.
- Rinse the solution off with plain, cool water.
- Blot the fabric with a new dry cloth.
- Repeat Steps 1-6 until the stain has been removed.
