1. Wash with Cold Water

As soon as you realize you have spilled coffee or tea on your uniform, quickly rinse it with cold water. Hot water can cause stain to spread or even set in, so keep it cold!

2. Use a Stain Remover

After rinsing the uniform in cold water, rub a stain remover directly onto the affected area and let it sit for a few minutes. Most stain removers do best when put directly on the fabric, so make sure to not dilute the solution with water. After the solution has had time to take effect, launder the uniform as usual.

3. Try Vinegar & Baking Soda Paste

Mix equal parts white vinegar and baking soda to create a paste. Rub the paste into the stained area and let sit for 15-20 minutes. After the paste has had time to work, rinse uniform with cold water and launder as usual.

4. Use Lemon Juice &Salt Paste

Mix two teaspoons of salt and four teaspoons of lemon juice together to create a paste. Rub paste into the affected area, let sit for 15 minutes and then rinse with cold water. After rinsing, launder as usual.

5. Try Rubbing Alcohol

Saturate a cotton ball or cloth with rubbing alcohol and dab onto the stained area. Make sure to use cold water when rinsing the uniform, and always use non-colored rubbing alcohol to ensure that the fabric does not get discolored. Launder the uniform as usual afterwards to complete the cleaning process.
