  • White vinegar
  • Dish soap
  • Baking soda

Cleaning Steps

  1. Mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and cold water. Soak the stain with the mixture.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Blot the stain with paper towels, then rinse the area with water.
  4. If necessary, add a few drops of dish soap to the stain and let it sit for five minutes.
  5. Blot stain once again with paper towels, then rinse with water.
  6. Sprinkle baking soda over the stain, then vacuum the area.
  7. Mop the area with a cloth dampened with cold water.
  8. Allow the area to air dry.
