- Mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and cold water. Soak the stain with the mixture.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
- Blot the stain with paper towels, then rinse the area with water.

- Blot stain once again with paper towels, then rinse with water.
- Sprinkle baking soda over the stain, then vacuum the area.
